A recent Gilani poll conducted by Gallup Pakistan shows that support for mid term elections has crept up during the last two years. 38% now support the mid term elections, 42% oppose.
The recent Gilani poll was conducted in Pakistan by Gallup Pakistan, affiliated with Gallup International Association, among a sample of 2710 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, during September 2010. Error margin is estimated to be approx. + 2-3 per cent at 95% confidence level.
