According to a World Values Survey conducted by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan in 2018, 8% Pakistanis claim to have searched online for information regarding politics and political events.
A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “Have you searched online about information on politics and political events, do you think you might or would never under any circumstance do this?”In response to this question, 8% said ‘have done’, 19% said ‘might do’, 63% said ‘would never do’. 10% did not know/did not respond.
