According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 58% want fresh elections; 26% are opposed; 16% undecided.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked Question: Some people think that after the removal of Prime Minister (Gilani), new elections should be conducted whereas some people think that it should not. Do you support or oppose early elections? Responding to this, 58% support early elections whereas 26% oppose it. However, 16% did not give a view.
