39% Pakistanis believe that the new elected American President should prioritize the economic interests of American people more than the people of the world

Gallup Pakistan is releasing this press release in relation to the upcoming US Presidential elections. This press release is associated with the global poll conducted by WIN / Gallup International Association in 44 countries (42,860 respondents) of the world. According to the survey in Pakistan carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 39% Pakistanis believe that the new elected American President should prioritize the economic interests of American people more than the people of the world.

Pakistan: Priority of American President? 39% Pakistanis said the American President should give more priority to the economic interests of the American people

A nationally representative sample of 1000 men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “Considering that America leads the global economy, should the new American President give priority to the economic interests of the American people, the interests of the people of the world as a whole, or equally to both?” In response to this question, 39% said the new American President should give priority to the economic interests of the American people more than that of the world, 26% said interests of the people of the world more than just the American people, 32% said equally to both types of interests. 3% did not know or did not respond.
